We have been running a successful annual fireworks event for some years now. It’s a hotly anticipated event in the Community calendar and following COVID, the event returned in 2022 in partnership with the West Calder Community Hub. We had our biggest crowd and families enjoyed a spectacular display set to music and for the first time we trialled ‘silent’ fireworks.
On the night we had an assortment of games and goodies for everyone to enjoy. The Brunch Club were on hand to serve up some delicious hot food and there were vendors outside selling hot rolls and freshly made donuts. Our event is an opportunity for all to enjoy and the display is free to the local community.
Donations are gratefully received and a big thank you to all who donated on the night. We look forward to sharing images of the 2023 event with you all shortly.
